Two-week old infant girl with prenatal diagnosis of hydronephrosis. Ultrasonography showed a duplex left kidney with upper pole hydroureteronephrosis (Figure 1). VCUG showed left grade 3 reflux into the upper pole (Figure 2). The left ureter inserted in an ectopic location, just above the bladder neck (Figure 3).
