Prenatal diagnosis of left hydronephrosis. Ultrasonography after delivery showed left upper pole hydroureteronephrosis. (Figure 1) There was extrinsic obstruction of the lower pole at the UP junction by the dilated crossing upper pole ureter. (arrow, Figure 1) A dilated ureter was seen behind the bladder. (Figure 2) VCUG showed no reflux but there was an indentation on the left side ofthe bladder from the dilated ureter. (Figure 3)
