Bilateral cross-trigonal reimplants elsewhere at age 3. Persistent right reflux on RNC (Figure 1) here after febrile UTI (not on antibiotic any longer) at age 10. At time of redo of right reimplant she was found to have a right vesico-ureteral fistula. (Figure 2) The catheter enters the right ureteral orifice and is seen through the fistula(arrow).
