This baby boy was found to have an umbilical cyst on prenatal ultrasonography.  After delivery, on the fifth day of life, when the umbilical stump fell off, he began to have urine coming from his umbilicus. A VCUG showed a normal bladder and urethra, except for the patent urachus (Figure 1)
