Pheochromocytoma of the Bladder

This 9-year-old boy might have presented with hematuria, headaches, palpitations and sweating with voiding, and also hypertension. Ultrasonography showed a mass in the bladder and this was confirmed on MRI scan. Biopsy showed pheochromocytoma, which was excised.
