Duplex Kidney with Ectopic Ureterocele

Prenatal diagnosis of hydronephrosis on the left. Evaluation after delivery showed that both the upper and lower poles of the left duplex kidney were dilated (Figure 1) and there was a ureterocele in the bladder (Figure 2). VCUG showed that the ureterocele everted (Figure 3, 4) and there was reflux into the lower pole (Figure 5). An IVP (Figure 6) showed that the upper pole had fairly good function. The lower pole was slightly dilated, but functioned normally.
