20-year-old man whose only complaint was difficulty with ejaculation. Ultrasound showed normal kidneys and thick walled urinary bladder. Voiding cystogram showed posterior urethral valves with marked dilation of the posterior urethra (Figure 1). He underwent fulgeration of valves endoscopically (typical valves seen through the endoscope). Follow-up VCUG was normal (Figure 2) except for a bladder capacity of 700 ccs.
