This boy was born with the VATER association of anomalies, including an abnormal sacrum, a tethered cord, a left undescended testicle, and neurogenic dysfunction of his bladder. He had recurrent right epididymoorchitis and then developed a right scrotal abscess (Figure 1). VCUG showed that the right ejaculatory duct and ureter entered the bladder together, just above the bladder neck (Figure 2). He had reflux into both the right ureter and pelvicalyceal system and the right vas deferens (Figure 3).
