This 9-year-old obese girl had chronic post-void dribbling of urine. Ultrasonography, after voiding, showed a large amount of retained urine in the vagina (fig. 1). VCUG confirmed vaginal reflux with retention (fig. 2). This was the cause of post-void dribbling.
