HISTORY

CASE #1

A 70 year-old caucasian male with painless hematuria.

PMH: Transitional cell carcinoma of right kidney with treatment of radical nephrectomy 16 years ago; atrial fibrillation

Urinalysis: Gross hematuria

RADIOLOGY

IVP:Filling defect 2 cm. with papillary defect in the mid ureter.

CT Scan: Left renal mass measuring 7 x 6 x 8 cm. and enhancing.


HISTORY

CASE #2

A 47 year-old caucasian female status post excision of a right rib Schwannoma and radiation therapy postoperatively. A recent chest X-ray shows a new rib lesion. Treated with Interleukin-1 and carboplatin. She developed a fungating mass extending into the groin, vulva and labia.

PMH: Neurofibromatosis (Von Rickelinghausen)

Urinalysis: Gross hematuria

Urine Cytology:None

RADIOLOGY

RUS: Bilateral hydronephrosis

CT Scan: Mass in the right pelvis impending on the bladder
