A 17 year-old male was referred for evaluation of a painless right testicular mass. He denied any history of trauma or infection.

PMH/PSH: None

Medications: None

Physical Examination: A discrete, firm, one centimeter mass was appreciated in the right upper testicular pole. It was not believed to involve the epididymis or adjacent structures.

Laboratory Values: AFP and Beta HCG were both found to be within normal limits.
