Excision of an enlarged, ulcerated node.

  1. Ulcerated node in groin
  2. Tumor covered with gauze and dissected with a 2-cm margin of normal skin.
  3. Dissection of the femoral vessels with demonstration of tumor invasion of the femoral vein.
  4. View following excision of tumor with saphenous vein patch in place on the femoral vein.
  5. Rotation of tensor fascia lata as a myocutaneous flap to cover groin defect.
  6. Closure of groin with myocutaneous flap.
