Excision of an enlarged, ulcerated node.
- Ulcerated node in groin
- Tumor covered with gauze and dissected with a 2-cm margin of normal
skin.
- Dissection of the femoral vessels with demonstration of tumor
invasion of the femoral vein.
- View following excision of tumor with saphenous vein patch in
place on the femoral vein.
- Rotation of tensor fascia lata as a myocutaneous flap to cover
groin defect.
- Closure of groin with myocutaneous flap.
